Refund Policy
Because all items are custom-made and created specifically for each customer, all sales are final.
Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are only offered in the event of an error on our end or if an item arrives damaged. Please review all order details and mockups carefully before approval and checkout.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so it can be reviewed accordingly.
Rush fees, deposits, and customization fees are non-refundable.
Custom Design & Photo Usage Policy
By submitting photos, logos, or design inspiration, you confirm that you have the rights or permission to use that content.
Customers also acknowledge that custom work may be photographed or displayed for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing at the time of purchase.
If you do not want your order displayed publicly, please note this during checkout or when submitting your inquiry.
Shipping Policy
Processing and production times vary depending on order volume and design complexity.
Standard turnaround time is approximately 3–6 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page. Mockups are typically sent within 4–6 business days before production begins.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information, or lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
